The Characteristies of Boron Carbide Nozzle:
    Our company use boron carbide superfines as the main raw material for boron carbide nozzle.By way of high temperature hot pressing craft,it has the same properties as boron carbide,such as extremely hard and abrasion resistant,low specific gravity,no reaction with either acids or alkalis,High/low temperature resistance and with standing high pressure.Besides that,its useful life is twice than common coldpressed sintering nozzle which is made by hard alloy steel and carborundum.Therefore,boron carbide nozzles are gradually instead of nozzles which are made by hard alloy steel,tungsten steel,carborundum,silicon nitride,alumina and zirconia.
    As the main components of sand blasting machines and Water jet machines,boron carbide nozzles can be widely used for surface sand blasting treatment of nonmetal and metal. Such as derusting,defaecating and defogging the surface of ships,steel bridges,railway vehicles,chemical pipelines,container equipments and sluice structures.
